PSI welcome a new Senior Adviser to our Melbourne Office.
PSI Asia Pacific is pleased to welcome Karine Descoubes, Senior Adviser, to our Melbourne Office. Karine joins us after 10 years in category management in the private sector in Europe and Australia, mainly in the telecommunications and rail industries. She possesses expertise in procurement and has developed and conducted various procurement training programs. She has had significant involvement in the introduction and implementation of new procurement policies, procedures and processes at a senior and whole-of-organisation level. She is a proficient negotiator and auditor. Karine’s core skills provide additional depth to the PSI team, particularly in the areas of Alliance infrastructure projects, and we look forward to introducing her to our many clients.
Principal Adviser in South Australia

Based in Adelaide, Rob has an extensive background in procurement support to government and adds strengths to PSI’s capabilities, particularly in the areas of risk & project management. Risk Assessment in IT Outsourcing
There are four significant areas of risk associated with the outsourcing of information technology (IT) support to an external Service Provider by a major public sector entity.
They are: Service Risk, Business Risk, Market Risk and Political Risk.
