Provided probity advice and conducted reviews during the various tender processes leading to the appointment of an organisation to design and construct a road, bus and train interchange incorporating a new expressway and rail overpass. Tasks included reviewing the communications with stakeholders and tenderers, selection processes for tenderers, supporting the evaluation processes, and providing a comprehensive probity report.
