Roger Warr's primary role is as an Executive Director of PSI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Roger has excellent project management skills and strategic and tactical planning ability gained over a number of major project implementations during nearly 30 years in the Information Technology industry, both within Australia and overseas. In his 11 years at PSI he has been involved in the development of PSI's tendering support services, in particular the development of service specifications, service level agreements, baseline costing, cost-modelling, risk analysis, contract management and probity advisory services relating to all aspects of the acquisition life-cycle. His experience extends across Federal, State and local government and includes a wide range of high-value projects. Roger is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Australia (CIPSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).
