Greg Tanner is a Senior Adviser for PSI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Greg has a strong trade-related and engineering background and has gained excellent project management skills during the conduct of major project implementations in the Australian Department of Defence. He has been involved in a range of procurement areas, with particular reference to the development of requirements, tender evaluation, service specifications, service level agreements, performance maangement, cost-modelling, fleet management, risk analysis and contract management. Greg has developed considerable ability in both strategic and tactical planning. He is experienced in all aspects of public procurement within the Federal government. Greg is a Graduate Member of Engineers Australia.
