Rob is a Principal Adviser for PSI Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Rob has well developed project-based skills encompassing project planning and management of acquisitions gained through 12 years of practical experience in the private and public sectors. He utilises sophisticated project planning techniques and process-flow analysis to achieve superior results. His tools include relational approaches to problem definition, and mathematical/ financial and statistical methodologies. These inform procurement and business decision making based on benefits, value for money and risks. Rob is an experienced facilitator of procurement processes and personnel. He has worked in a number of organisations and industries resulting in a broad understanding of different work cultures, systems and strategies. This experience has developed flexible approaches in varied work environments and a focus on project completion. His projects are supported by advanced decision analysis, modelling and project management methodologies.
