Project managed the market testing process for the procurement of security x-ray equipment for DFAT. Developed tender documentation including Statement of Requirement, draft Contract, evaluation schedule. Managed tenderer communications, developed the evaluation methodology, and supported the tender evaluation process, the selection of the source of supply, and the negotiation process with the preferred tenderer.
