PSI reviewed documentation associated with the transfer of the authority to DIAC control, identifying possible conflicts of interest and providing probity advice on management strategies to mitigate any such conflict. HRMS Contract Negotiation

PSI conducted probity reviews and provided advice during the tender process for the selection of organisations to supply and implement a Human Resource Management System across Victoria Police and the Forensic Information Management System (FIMS) project. Tasks included reviewing the selection process for Tenderers, supporting the evaluation and negotiation process, and provided a comprehensive probity report. [2007-2008]
Adelaide Desalination Plant Project

PSI provided process and probity advice during the procurement processes leading to the establishment of a contractor to undertake the Design, Build, Operate and Maintenance of the Adelaide Desalination Plant and subsequent Renewable Energy tender process. Combined value estimated in excess of $4 billion.Tasks included: monitoring engagements with industry and selection processes, including workshops (that adopted Alliance principles) and reviewing key acquisition documents [2008 -09].
