Physical Security Services
The project required that PSI develop the contract performance and performance evaluation mechanisms for three individual contracts, containing highly sensitive elements of the physical security services at DFAT sites in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. PSI developed contract management strategies and provided support within negotiations with preferred tenderers. PSI continues with the ongoing provision of regular Australia and overseas performance reviews in support of the performance management system [2001 – current].
