Material Safety Data Sheets Information System
Assisted the client with the procurement and implementation of a management information system that provides all Defence employees with electronic access to current material safety data sheets. The project included development of a procurement strategy, undertaking a risk assessment and the development of market testing documentation, the conduct of detailed tender evaluations seeking value for money, reporting of the findings of the evaluation team and the development and implementation of performance management systems. PSI has initially been engaged to undertake performance reviews of the contractor performance agreed the agreed standards. [2002 – current]
