Assisted the client with the design and implementation of a competitive tender process to seek the establishment of a panel of suitable providers across a range of private financing areas. The project involved the development of documentation, managing tenderer enquires, facilitation of tender evaluation and drafting of an evaluation report. [2004]

Conducted a complete mid-term performance evaluation of PwC's audit contract with the Department. The project involved statistical analysis, survey, extensive consultation and reporting.Recommendations on structure and content of the Service Level Agreement were also provided.[2005]
