Lapsing Program Evaluation of the Cord Blood Collection Network (NCBCN)
Undertook a lapsing program review whose objective was to provide an analysis of the NCBCN in order to permit a decision to be made regarding the extension of the NCBCN into the 2004-05 Budget Year. The evaluation considered the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the program as well as where improvements could be made. [2004]

Project adviser for the procurement of Office Telephony Services.
PSI developed the project plan, specification and tender documentation, managed the evaluation and prepared the evaluation report.[2004]

Residential Program Management Branch
Established via a tender process the required 30 IT specialists to work in the area of Residential Program Management Branch. The project involved the entire procurement process, including compliance checking, financial analysis and reporting. [2005]

Continence Outreach Scheme


Continence Outreach Scheme
Provided procurement design and facilitation for the tendering for grants for the Continence Aids Assistance Scheme, and the Continence Outreach Scheme. This project involved the planning and evaluation of tenders, financial viability assessment and the drafting of evaluation reports. [2005]

Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA)
Minor program review encompassing the deliverables received by the Department, the continued relevance of HFA for funding by the Department, overlaps with other funding sources, and feasibility of other funding alternatives. [2005]

Better Arthritis Care Budget Initiative
Provided an analysis of the Measure in order to permit a decision to be made regarding the extension of the Measure into the 2006/07 Budget Year. The project involved assessing whether the Measure has achieved its objectives; provide options for the future of the Measure, and provide any lower level recommendations to assist the Department to continually improve the level of achievement of the Measure's required outcomes.
