Developed the procurement strategy and documentation for a nationwide tender involving the Department's individual State Offices, multiple evaluation teams and in excess of 400 tendering organisations. Numerous and varied stakeholders required management via a defined communications plan supported by electronic recording and tracking methods designed by PSI. The support was both operational and strategic in nature, and continued into negotiation planning and contract performance. [2004]
