PSI provided assistance with the development of tender documentation, Statements of Requirement, baseline costing and evaluation methodology for a number of Requests for Tender covering IT services for 37 NT Government Agencies. PSI assisted in the conduct of the technical evaluations and conducted the financial evaluations.
